San Diego Zoo

We took the kids to the San Diego Zoo, which they loved! They had some cute animals in the petting zoo--Kendyl followed around a sheep and a goat, Brityn kept Daddy between her and all the animals. ;-) There were even "spectacled bears" which, if you watch Dora and Diego, you will understand why our girls were thrilled to see them! They also had an interesting animal called an Okapi which to me looks like half horse/half zebra, but the guide told us it is the closest relative of the giraffe?!? See if you can pick it out in the slide show and you be the judge! The zoo has a neat panda exhibit and even has a live web cam where you can watch the pandas! Check it out...
