Brityn's birthday...

Brityn's birthday landed on Wednesday this year so it was off to school and work for everyone.  She did have time to open a couple of presents before everyone had to be out the door.

 

Thanks Grandpa Jerry for the card and money!

 

She loved the seal glow pet!

 

She reads like crazy and loves mysteries.

Once Steve got home from work we asked her if she wanted to go eat dinner or open presents and she said she couldn't wait any longer to open her presents.  :)

Buddy Bear visits our house...

Buddy Bear visited us from Sawyer's afternoon preschool class this last week.  We took him with us on our daily activities so he could hang with the Hardys'.

 

 

On Friday Buddy helped make brownies for dessert because the missionaries came over for dinner.  And we really enjoyed eating some Hawaiian food with Elder Siilata and Elder Jensen.  The ukulele music was awesome!

 

On Saturday, Buddy went with us to visit Dad's office and got a check up.

 

Yay for no cavities!

 

Buddy picked an angry bird for his prize.

 

He played Memory and got lots of matches with Sawyer.

 

They also read lots of books.

 

On Monday, Buddy went with Sawyer to swim lessons.  Sunglasses make everybody "cool."

 

Puzzles are always fun.

 

And more stories.

 

On Wednesday Buddy helped us celebrate Brityn's birthday.

 

And then he got to go to Krispy Kreme to get a birthday treat.

It was a very fun week with Buddy.  Sawyer said, "Buddy is going to miss me."  I'm sure he will!  Have fun on your next adventure Buddy!

Brityn is 8...

Brityn is a beautiful girl.  She is sensitive and sweet.  She can light up a room and makes those around her happy.  She is quick to sing, smile, and share.  We love having her as a daughter and part of our eternal family.  Keep building your testimony and making good choices.  We love you!

Great Harvest field trip...

We went on a field trip to Great Harvest with Sawyer's morning preschool.  We love to eat their bread!

 

 

Learning about wheat and flour.

 

And everyone got to play with some dough.  We learned lots and got a yummy piece of pumpkin bread after.  We love fun field trips!
